Ruda Švaříček is a Czech traveler and managing director of CK Livingstone, with a focus on the Himalayas and Indonesia - particularly the island of New Guinea. Since 1998 he has organized the GO KAMERA travel festival, and at the National Museum in Prague he hosts the popular Cestovatelské středy lecture series. His illustrated talks take audiences to places well off the beaten track.
