Return of the Titans: Pilsen 2026
One-day metal festival featuring tribute bands celebrating heavy metal legends. At Bílej Medvěd beach, bands perform tributes to Bathory, Death, Pantera, Slayer, Sepultura, and Entombed.
Death was an American death metal band from Altamonte Springs, Florida, founded in 1983 by guitarist and vocalist Chuck Schuldiner under the name Mantas. Across seven studio albums the band charted the evolution of the genre from raw brutality to progressive technicality, earning Schuldiner the title 'Father of Death Metal'. He died of a brain tumor in December 2001, disbanding the group; former members have since kept the catalog alive through the Death To All (DTA) tribute touring project.
The tribute project Death To All (DTA) is performing a European tour in June 2026 with stops in Leipzig, Vienna, Bucharest, Sofia, Athens, Istanbul, Glasgow, London, Pratteln, Milan, Ljubljana, Budapest, and at the Basinfirefest festival in the Czech Republic.
Death To All announced a North American tour 'The Symbolic Healing' for fall 2025, celebrating the 35th anniversary of the album Spiritual Healing and the 30th anniversary of the album Symbolic.
DTA started 2026 with concerts in South America - they performed in Buenos Aires, Bogota, and San Jose.
The North American tour 'The Symbolic Healing' took place in November 2025 and concluded on November 30 in San Francisco.
