Eternal Hate Fest 2026
The legendary Eternal Hate Fest returns for its 23rd edition with an international line-up of black metal bands from the USA, Finland, Poland, and beyond.
Clandestine Blaze is a Finnish black metal one-man project from Lahti, active since 1998 under the sole direction of Mikko Aspa, who handles all instruments, vocals, and production. The project draws on the raw, lo-fi aesthetic of second-wave black metal - citing Darkthrone, Burzum, Beherit, and Bathory as key influences - and has released over thirteen full-length albums through Aspa's own Northern Heritage label. Aspa is also known as the vocalist of Deathspell Omega and runs several noise and power electronics side projects.
Clandestine Blaze released on November 1, 2025 their thirteenth studio album Consecration of the Blood on the Northern Heritage label (catalog NH-121), available on LP and CD.
The Northern Heritage label announced the release of the album Consecration of the Blood in April 2025 and simultaneously launched reprints of older titles by the project.
Clandestine Blaze performed on March 8, 2025 in Turku (Finland) at an event at Metsämäki Areena with a setlist including the songs Fist of the Northern Destroyer and Grin of the Skull.
On November 1, 2024, Clandestine Blaze held a private concert in Tallinn (Estonia) together with Satanic Warmaster.
In August 2024, Clandestine Blaze performed at the Apocalyptic Rites X festival in the Pohjois-Savo region in Finland.
