Children's Tours at Loučeň Castle
Specially designed castle tours for children aged 3 and up, guided by historical characters with interactive experiences in the music salon, dining room, and other corners of this Baroque landmark.
Baroque château in the Nymburk district, built between 1704 and 1713 by Karel Arnošt of Waldstein on the site of a medieval fortress. The estate passed through the Fürstenberg family before reaching the Thurn-Taxis, whose story is the central theme of the costumed tours. Notable past guests include Bedřich Smetana and Mark Twain. The English park is home to the Labyrintárium - a collection of 12 labyrinths and mazes, the only one of its kind in Europe. The château is open year-round and has a hotel and restaurants on site.
