Land Without Borders
A site-specific contemporary art project by UJEP students and faculty featuring installations and videos in a former church, exploring landscape, identity, and our connection to the environment.
The North Bohemian Gallery of Fine Art in Litoměřice (SGVU) is a public institution of the Ústí nad Labem Region, open to visitors since 1958. It focuses on Czech fine art from the 14th century to the present and is a nationally significant centre for naïve and outsider art. The main building on Michalská Street stands on the Gothic city walls; the gallery also uses the Diocesan Museum on Mírové náměstí and the deconsecrated Church of the Annunciation. Its collection of over 7,000 works includes panel paintings by the Master of the Litoměřice Altarpiece.
