About the venue
Galerie Lázně Liberec is an art museum founded in 1953, housed since 2014 in the former municipal spa building dating from 1901–1902 on Masarykova Street. Its collections comprise over 22,000 works of art from Bohemia, Germany, France, the Netherlands and other European countries. The gallery offers permanent exhibitions of Czech and European art, temporary shows and an interactive exposition. The conversion of the spa building received the Grand Prix of Architects – National Architecture Prize in 2014.
