Terminator 2: Judgment Day

Ten years after the failed attempt to kill Sarah Connor, the mother of humanity's future leader in the war against machines, a new Terminator, the T-1000 model, returns from the future to Los Angeles to eliminate the now-born John Connor. In 2029, the adult Connor sends a second T-800 terminator back in time to protect him. Both machines independently search for young John. The boy discovers that the T-800 is programmed to protect him, and with its help, he frees his mother from a psychiatric hospital where she is being treated for alleged schizophrenia. The T-800 explains to both what the future holds. But that future can be changed... and throughout it all, the heroes are pursued by the relentless and seemingly indestructible T-1000.
