Sunset dinner party

One dinner across the entire rooftop. Two long tables, one hundred seats, signature menu from Bistro Karel paired with beer and cocktails, sunset over Prague. Everything included - food, beer, wine, drinks. And when the sun sets? Stay.

Bistro Karel supplies the Rooftop with seasonal ingredients from its garden in Troja all year round - with this evening we bid farewell to summer. Wednesday 9 September, doors open at 17:30, first course served at 18:00.

Menu (family style, on shared plates):
- Sourdough focaccia & edible miso candle
- Beef tartare with truffle oil on toast
- Slow-roasted pork neck, beer and honey glaze, kale salsa (vegan: roasted beet with the same glaze and walnuts) + grilled potatoes with miso topping
- Honey-beer-dandelion root ice cream
- Grilled peaches, crumble, espuma, caramel

Budvar is the evening's partner - you'll find it in the glaze, in the caramel, in the ice cream and in your glass. Each course is paired with a drink in alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions: beer, wine, cocktails. The price includes the full menu and all beverages.

DJ throughout the evening.

- We open at 17:30, welcome drink on arrival, seating on a rolling basis
- First courses at 18:00

- Limited capacity: 100 seats at the communal table
- Choose the vegetarian version of the main course on site
- The event will take place in any weather, we have an indoor option prepared
