Malvazinky Cemetery in the upper Smichov district is Prague's largest burial ground on the left bank of the Vltava River. It is the resting place of Jakub Arbes, Ferenc Futurista, Jiří Karásek ze Lvovic, Růžena Vacková, and Ondřej Sekora, among others. The grounds are also notable for their artworks, impressive tombs, and mature trees.
The walk will be led by Kateřina Svobodová. Meeting point is at the main gate of the cemetery (U Smíchovského hřbitova 1). The event is organized by the Prague municipal organization Cemeteries and Funeral Services. Children up to 12 years old have free admission without registration.
