Yoga & Guitar at Jazz Dock

ALAYA brings to Jazz Dock a concept where conscious movement, breath, and live acoustic guitar playing merge into one whole - live music here is not merely accompaniment, but a natural part of the entire yoga practice. The event is open to everyone regardless of previous yoga experience.

The programme begins at 10:30 with the opening of the space and a welcome drink. This is followed by conscious yoga practice accompanied by live music, closing relaxation, and light refreshments (water available throughout). After the session, there is time for gathering and sharing, and you can optionally continue with lunch at Jazz Dock's rooftop restaurant - though this is not included in the ticket price and depends on the weather.

Bring comfortable clothes suitable for practice (no changing rooms available) and optionally a sweater or blanket for relaxation.
