Psychohrátky with Eva Holubová

Psychohrátky is not just a traditional talk show, but a lively and interactive evening that brings important information with lightness, humor, and humanity. An original and unconventional project comes to Litovel, opening the topic of mental health in an entertaining and accessible way. This popular-science show from Holubice Agency combines humor, stand-up, discussion, and expert psychological perspectives, offering audiences not only interesting information but above all a pleasant evening full of laughter and open dialogue. The programme features well-known actress Eva Holubová alongside Karolína Holubová, Matěj Paprčiak, and psychologist Jiří Valášek. Each performance is unique because the audience members themselves actively participate in its course. They can ask questions, share their experiences, or join discussions on topics that touch on everyday life and mental wellbeing.

Psychohrátky works with humor and perspective. Through short funny sketches, they present model situations that are then explained by the psychologist. This allows audiences to better understand various psychological connections and feel that mental health can be discussed openly, naturally, and without embarrassment. The project premiered in 2022 at Werichova vila and was a great success. Sold-out performances and positive audience reactions confirm that this kind of combination of entertainment and education can reach a wide audience.
