Michal David returns to Vigantice on Friday, 28 August 2026 at the Přírodní areál výletiště Vigantice. The concert begins at 20:00; the venue opens at 18:00. Michal David brings the band Kvatro and will perform his greatest hits. This is one of two Czech dates on his tour — the second takes place in December in Prague at O2 universum. An After Party with DJ HITS follows the concert. Advance tickets start at 690 CZK; tickets on the day of the event cost 890 CZK. Children up to and including age 10 enter free when accompanied by an adult.

The Výletiště natural area is an open-air cultural and community venue run by the municipality of Vigantice, situated in the Beskydy protected landscape area near Rožnov pod Radhoštěm. It hosts summer concerts, village celebrations and sports events - past performers include Mňága a Žďorp and Michal David. The grounds are available for private and club hire.

About: Michal David

Born Vladimír Štancl on 14 July 1960 in Prague, Michal David is a Czech pop singer, songwriter and producer who shaped the sound of Czechoslovak disco throughout the 1980s. His tracks Nonstop and Discopříběh have endured as generational landmarks in Czech popular culture. Following the Velvet Revolution, he redirected his career toward composition and production, notably creating the 1998 anthem for the Czech ice-hockey team that won gold in Nagano. He has sold over 3.5 million albums and authored more than 600 songs across his career.
