Management Essentials for Emerging Leaders
A two-day course designed for emerging managers, team leaders, supervisors, and specialists newly promoted to management roles – anyone taking on team responsibility who wants to lead people effectively and confidently.

Course content:
Day 1 – Fundamentals of People Leadership
- Common mistakes of emerging leaders
- Building trust and respect
- Assigning tasks and giving feedback
- Communication styles and leadership approach
- What if... (real-world scenarios that actually happen)
Day 2 – Advanced Skills
- Resolving conflicts and difficult conversations
- Dealing with passivity, disagreement, or sabotage
- Motivation: what actually works
- How to foster team spirit
- Conducting development, feedback, and change conversations
- Your own management style and how to develop it further
The course runs in person with a maximum of 8 participants (9:00–16:00), combining lectures, real-world scenarios, and discussion of actual cases.
Course led by: Jana Mašková – trainer, therapist, and mediator with 17 years of experience in leadership positions.
