In 2024 and 2025, over 2,000 visitors toured Hotel Medlov. In 2026, owner Jan Piskoř leads the tours personally — always in two blocks of 45 minutes each, including areas normally inaccessible to the public.
The first part, Functionalist Medlov, focuses on the functionalist building from 1934, designed by architects Pavel Smetana and Alois Wachsman — the only surviving structure from their joint work. Stories from this period are connected to the original owners Leoš and Aglaia Stehlík and personalities from their circle; writer Jan Drda referred to the place in his texts as "Medlov — a newly found paradise".
The second part, Brussels-style Medlov, presents the building from 1974 designed by architect Jiří Herzán in the style of progressive Brussels, inspired by the Expo 58 period. The interior and exterior are largely preserved in their original state, including artworks and furnishings undergoing gradual restoration. The building continues to serve its original purpose.
