White Fang and the Forsaken Heart

White Fang is a story from the wilderness - a wilderness with all its enchantment, the beauty of nature and its harshness and cruelty. It is the tale of a young wolf cub exploring and discovering the world and its rules. Rules of pain, love, survival, fear, motherhood, the warmth of a den, bites, the rule of being both hunter and hunted prey. Everything is permeated by omnipresent death. Is it evil? It is natural. Birth, death, and rebirth are connected points on the spiral of existence of all living things. Such is the law of the wilderness.
