Colorfactory

Colorfactory was one of the most distinctive bands of the Czech alternative scene in the 1990s. The band returns to the concert stage on November 18 with a performance at Roxy club, featuring David Volenec, Colin Stuart, Jan P. Muchow, Dušan Lipert, Ivo Heger, Iva Stuartová, and Štěpán Tůma.

The band is inseparably linked to the film Šeptej directed by David Ondříček: seven songs from Colorfactory's debut album form the soundtrack to this cult film. This summer, the band performed in full lineup at the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival on the occasion of the film's 30th anniversary, where a newly restored version of the film was presented.

The eponymous debut album won the Czech Grammy (predecessor to the Anděl Awards) in 1996 in the Album of the Year category.
