Vermocracy are a melodic death metal band from Vienna, Austria, active since 2017. Their sound draws heavily on 90s genre classics - heavy riffs, mid-tempo grooves and vocals ranging from deep growls to black metal shrieks. Lyrically they focus on dystopia, social decay and personal failure, explored across three albums: the self-titled debut (2020), "Age of Dysphoria" and "Of Failing and Fading" (2026).
