Tragedy is a Portland-based band that plays heavy metal versions of Bee Gees songs and other 1970s disco classics. They treat the source material seriously - full distortion, double bass drums - while the melodies stay instantly recognizable. The result is a live show that works as both comedy and genuine metal.
