Tereza Smetáková is a Czech yoga instructor based in Jablonec nad Nisou and co-founder of the Siddha Yoga studio. She leads mostly dynamic classes with an emphasis on making yoga approachable - taking the practice seriously while keeping it light and good-humoured. Alongside the physical side, she works with breathwork and the mind-body connection.
