Yoga and the Muses is a one-day cultural and wellness event held to mark International Yoga Day with the theme "Yoga for Health, Wisdom and World Peace".

The programme includes yoga classes for all levels of experience, workshops on breathing techniques and Ayurveda basics, and experiential activities combining movement with music and vibrations.

The festival also features a market with regional artisans and complementary wellness services – massages, relaxation treatments and henna decoration.
