Steel Panther is a hard rock band from Los Angeles known for their comedic take on glam metal and the 1980s rock lifestyle. The lineup - Michael Starr (vocals), Satchel (guitar), Spyder (bass) and Stix Zadinia (drums) - pairs technically sharp playing with provocative lyrics and theatrically over-the-top live shows. Founded in 1997 and performing under the Steel Panther name since 2008, their debut album Feel the Steel (2009) was certified gold in the UK.
Steel Panther announced a European and British tour 'Twenty Twenty Sex Tour' for summer 2026, which includes stops in Paris, Berlin, Warsaw, London and at the Basinfire Fest festival in the Czech Republic.
The band entered Dave Grohla Studio 606, where they are recording material for their seventh studio album planned for 2026.
Steel Panther announced the final American leg of the tour for the 15th anniversary of the album Feel the Steel, which took place in August and September 2025 in Las Vegas, San Diego, Anaheim and other cities.
They released a special edition Feel the Steel - 15th Anniversary Edition with two bonus tracks that were previously available only on Japanese import.
The debut album Feel the Steel received a gold certification from the British BPI for sales of over 100,000 copies in the United Kingdom.
