Pavel Chikov (born 1978) is a Russian human rights lawyer and head of the Agora International Human Rights Group. He studied international law at Kazan State University and holds a doctorate in the field of military sanctions in international law. In 2023 he was added to Russia's register of foreign agents. He contributes to outlets such as Forbes Russia and Novaya Gazeta.
