About

MDŽ - Muzikantky, dámy, ženy (Musicians, Ladies, Women) is a trio of Lucie Redlová, Beata Bocek and Eva Ludvík Kudrnová, formed in 2013 and revived in 2023. Between them the three singers play eight instruments, weaving original songs in Czech, Polish, English and French together with folk material from Moravian and Slovak regions. The group has performed at Colours of Ostrava and tours folk festivals across the Czech Republic.
