ProART Festival 2026 Prague
The four-day ProART Festival 2026 in Prague offers a programme dedicated to caring for the soul through art, movement, voice, and word. A full pass provides access to all evening programmes.
Martin Dvořák (born 23 January 1979 in Brno) is a Czech dancer, choreographer, director and teacher. He trained at the Brno Dance Conservatory (1997) and completed a master's degree in Movement Research at Anton Bruckner Privat Universität in Linz (2013), having previously danced as a soloist at Volksoper Wien, Ballett Bern and Landestheater Linz. Since 2004 he has led the international ProART workshop festival, and since 2005 the ProART Company ensemble, whose work centres on multidisciplinary productions about figures from Czech cultural history - weaving together dance, movement, music and text.
The production 'I, Plisecká' continues its repeat performances - in June 2026 it will be presented in Nový Bydžov.
Dvořák presented a new production 'Echoes of Birds' with a premiere on December 8, 2025.
