The Prague edition of ProART Festival 2026 takes place from 27 to 30 July 2026 at Werichova vila.

This year's festival theme is "Caring for the Soul through Art" — in movement, in voice, in word, and in the silence between them.

A full-festival pass is available, which grants access to all evening programmes and is more economical than purchasing individual tickets.

About the venue: Werichova vila

Werich Villa (also known as Dobrovský's Cottage) is a historic listed building on Prague's Kampa island, with origins dating to the 17th century. The building originally served as a tannery, later belonged to the Nostitz family and was home to Josef Dobrovský. From 1945 until his death in 1980, actor Jan Werich lived here. Today it is run by the Jan and Meda Mládek Foundation as a multicultural arts centre with a permanent exhibition, theatre performances, concerts and workshops.

The Pardubice-born musician is the driving force behind minus123minut, one of the most distinctive Czech bands of the past three decades, recognised with the Anděl Award in 1999. Petr Soukup (born 1987) is a Czech poet, lyricist, and stand-up comedian. He has written song lyrics for artists such as Lucie Bílá, Monika Bagárová, and the band Abraxas, and co-authored the Czech adaptation of the musical Matilda. He has published several poetry collections and recorded two albums with musician Jiří Vidasov.
