I, PLISECKA is a theatrical production about Maya Plisetskaya - the greatest Russian artist of the twentieth century - and her life caught between the snares of her own country and her own self. The lead role is performed by Klára Havelková (Trojanová), with choreography and direction by Martin Dvořák.

About the venue: Werichova vila

Werich Villa (also known as Dobrovský's Cottage) is a historic listed building on Prague's Kampa island, with origins dating to the 17th century. The building originally served as a tannery, later belonged to the Nostitz family and was home to Josef Dobrovský. From 1945 until his death in 1980, actor Jan Werich lived here. Today it is run by the Jan and Meda Mládek Foundation as a multicultural arts centre with a permanent exhibition, theatre performances, concerts and workshops.
