LABe is a Czech rock project built around drummer Adam Jánošík (The Atavists, ex-Ready Kirken), who started writing songs as a way through his struggle with addiction. Singer and producer Tomáš Fröde (Imodium) gave the project its voice. The debut album Noční směny came out on 11 November 2022 and was baptised at a sold-out Malostranská beseda with water from the Elbe river - the name LABe itself refers to that river, beside which the songs were written in a Vrchlabí rehearsal room.
The album Noční směny was christened on November 17, 2022 in the packed Malostranská beseda with water from the Labe; the godparents were František Černý (Čechomor) and director Petr Zelenka.
The debut album Noční směny was released on November 11, 2022; it was recorded from April 2021 to September 2022 in Tomáš Fröde's studio in Hradec Králové.
LABe debuted with the single Dvě srdce - dvě hlavy in March 2022; the composer and lyricist is exclusively Adam Jánošík.
Adam Jánošík became the drummer and co-author of songs for the band Imodium, with which he released the sixth studio album Horizont in October 2024.
