Josef Štěpánek is a Czech guitarist and producer from Beroun, regarded as one of the busiest studio and concert guitarists in the country. He works across folk, jazz, pop and rock, and masters a wide range of stringed instruments including steel guitar, mandolin and banjo. He has collaborated with dozens of leading Czech artists, among them Lenka Nová, Radůza, Lucie Bílá, Vladimír Mišík and Xindl X. He also works as a teacher and director of a private music school in Beroun.
