MUZIKA 2026
The 34th MUZIKA festival features a diverse lineup of Czech musicians and bands performing in a natural outdoor amphitheatre.
Gladly S.W. is a folk-country band from Kladno, founded around 2008 by singer-guitarist Milan Procházka and guitarist Josef Mareček. They play exclusively original songs in a tramping and country style - Mareček writes the lyrics, Procházka the melodies. The band won both the Country Radio Talent contest and the Country Radio Cup with their song Vítr nad Berounkou, and have repeatedly taken the Kladenský Otík award in the Group category. Together with the village of Braškov, they also organise the Valdecký háj country festival.
The band has an active calendar of events for 2026 as well, as evidenced by the pages gladlysw.cz.
Frontman Milan Procházka confirmed in an interview for Kladenský deník that the band released their second and so far last CD in 2013.
Gladly S.W. won the Kladenský Otík award in the Band category for the fourth time in a row, and frontman Procházka received his fourth award in the Singer category.
