BEAT is a supergroup formed by former King Crimson members Adrian Belew and Tony Levin alongside guitarist Steve Vai and Tool drummer Danny Carey. The project revisits the three 80s King Crimson albums - Discipline, Beat and Three of a Perfect Pair - and the name was suggested by Robert Fripp himself. Their live album BEAT Live, recorded in Los Angeles, came out on InsideOut Music in 2025.
