Pop Messe 2026 is a music festival featuring a diverse lineup at Brno's Velodrom.
Anna von Hausswolff (born 1986, Gothenburg) is a Swedish singer, organist and composer whose music spans gothic rock, drone and experimental art-pop. Daughter of avant-garde sound artist Carl Michael von Hausswolff, she studied architecture at Chalmers University before committing fully to music. Her breakthrough album Ceremony (2012) and the critically acclaimed Dead Magic (2018) - recorded on the pipe organ of Copenhagen's Marble Church with producer Randall Dunn - established her as one of the most distinctive voices in contemporary experimental music. Her sixth album, Iconoclasts, was released in October 2025 on YEAR0001, featuring guest appearances by Iggy Pop, Ethel Cain and Abul Mogard.
On October 31, 2025, Anna von Hausswolff released her sixth album Iconoclasts on the YEAR0001 label; the record featuring guests Iggy Pop and Ethel Cain received enthusiastic reviews from critics.
Anna von Hausswolff launched the European Iconoclasts Tour, which continues until spring 2026 and includes stops in Prague, Berlin, Cologne, and other cities.
The North American leg of the tour was postponed to January 2027 due to visa delays for band members.
Anna von Hausswolff and Mikael Karlsson created a collaborative work for the Radio Symphony Orchestra, which premiered on August 29, 2025, at Berlin's Berwaldhallen.
In August 2024, the Gothenburg Opera premiered the interdisciplinary project Atlas Song - a collaboration with choreographers Imre and Marne van Opstal combining live music and dance.
