Cate Le Bon is a Welsh singer-songwriter, guitarist and record producer born in 1983 in Penboyr, Carmarthenshire. Across seven solo albums - spanning art rock, neo-psychedelia and experimental pop - she built a singular voice, with Reward (2019) earning a Mercury Prize nomination. Outside her own work she has produced records for Wilco, Deerhunter, Horsegirl and St. Vincent, whose Grammy-winning All Born Screaming (2024) she contributed to. Her seventh album, Michelangelo Dying, came out in September 2025.

Cate Le Bon completed a North American Michelangelo Dying Tour with concerts in Washington, Philadelphia, New York, Chicago, Toronto, and Los Angeles.
Released the single Always The Same in collaboration with St. Vincent.
Released her seventh solo album Michelangelo Dying (Mexican Summer / Rough Trade), inspired by a breakup and recorded on Hydra, in Cardiff, London, and in the California desert.
As a producer, completed the third album of the band Dry Cleaning titled Secret Love, which was released in January 2026.
