Imaginary World of Petr Ferebauer
An exhibition of paintings by Petr Ferebauer presenting extraordinary stories in art — from mysterious to humorous scenes with untamed creatures and poetic visions of love.
The exhibition spaces of Česká spořitelna occupy the ground floor of the bank's building at Jánská 6 in central Brno, constructed in 1937-1939 to designs by architects Josef Polášek, Otakar Oplatek, and Heinrich Blum. The building stands out as one of the most striking interwar additions to the historic city core, with its spiral staircase, glass-concrete dome, and travertine-clad facade with strip windows. The gallery space regularly hosts visual art exhibitions, including recurring shows dedicated to art brut.
