About the venue

The observation tower of Ostrava's New Town Hall rises over 73 metres, making it one of the tallest municipal towers in the Czech Republic. The building dates from the 1930s, and from the top you get a sweeping view over the city centre and the surrounding industrial landscape. A lift takes visitors to the viewing platform.
