The municipal office of Čeladná serves a village in the Frýdek-Místek District, nestled in the foothills of the Moravian-Silesian Beskydy mountains. The village is first recorded in writing in 1581 and today has around 2,900 inhabitants. The office handles local administration and offers Czech POINT services. A new village centre was built between 1999 and 2002, marking the start of Čeladná's growth as a tourist and golf destination.
