About the venue

The city tourist information centre has been based since 2000 in the former Jesuit college on Masarykovo náměstí, next to the Church of St. Francis Xavier. Run by the Region Slovácko association, it provides tourist information, guided city tours, a shop selling traditional Slovácko products, and bike and scooter rental. The centre holds a Category A certification and welcomes over 100,000 visitors a year.
