Uherské Hradiště Open Wine Cellars 2026

The Uherské Hradiště Open Wine Cellars is a project of the Uherské Hradiště Municipal Information Centre in collaboration with local winemakers, now in its fifth season. From May to October, wine cellars, wine bars, and wineries of participating producers are open every Friday and Saturday from 16:00 to 20:00 — always at least one, often several simultaneously. Visitors can explore the city centre (Moja vinotéka with original painted interiors, Klášterní wine bar), the Mařatice district (Vinařství Rochůz, Vinařství Čajka, Vinařství Zábranský), or Sady (Vinařství Medek with pleasant countryside views). The opening times and service schedules of individual cellars are guaranteed as a minimum — most cellars are open beyond the planned schedule. The event is ideal for an evening with friends after work, a pleasant warm evening, or a weekend wine-tasting trip to the source.
