About the venue

A seasonal open-air gallery on the Otava embankment near the Stone Bridge, where large-format sand sculptures have been created every summer since 2007. A team of sculptors works dozens of tons of sand into several monumental pieces, each year under a new theme - ranging from fairy-tale characters to the history of the town. Free admission, open around the clock from spring through autumn.
