Martin Hranáč - CRAZY SHOW - Písek
Martin Hranáč brings his CRAZY SHOW full of humor, improvisation, and stories from the restaurant world. Irreverent, self-ironic, and edgy - a show that won't bore you.
This municipal theatre in Písek occupies the site of a former military shooting range, where a theatre hall first opened in 1868; the building took its current form after a reconstruction in the late 1930s. Since 1991 it has carried the name of the poet and playwright Fráňa Šrámek, who spent his student years in the town. After an 80-million-crown renovation it reopened in October 2010. The programme covers drama, operetta, opera and concerts, and since 2003 the Trojice concert hall has been part of the complex.
