Divadlo Bez zábradlí is a private repertory theatre founded in 1990 by Karel Heřmánek as the first private theatre in the Czech Republic. Since 1998 it has been housed in the Palác Adria (built 1922–1925) in the centre of Prague. With no permanent ensemble, it stages comedies, musicals and dramas with a rotating cast of guest actors, and offers regular weekend morning performances for children. The auditorium seats 320.
