Radůza, born Radka Vranková, is a Czech singer, chanson artist, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and composer. In addition to her own songs, she composes serious and theatrical music and studies folk music from various European nations.
She began her career performing predominantly blues-influenced repertoire on the streets, where she was discovered in 1993 by singer Zuzana Navarová. Her music draws from chanson and folklore, capturing the mood of urban street ballads that in her interpretation bring unexpected musical and lyrical twists.
