A famous theatre actor, director and theatre manager Filip Martén has a problem: woodworm has eaten away the stage of his theatre. To save what he has built his whole life, he needs a million euros. He stakes everything on one card and goes personally to ask for money from the mysterious billionaire and patron Jean Petitér, who never appears in public.
