DFS Ostravička is a children's folklore ensemble from Frýdek-Místek, bringing together children from the age of 5 alongside its own cimbalom music group. The ensemble is the main organiser of the International Folklore Festival CIOFF/IOV in Frýdek-Místek, inviting 6-7 foreign ensembles from around the world each year. It performs at local festivals and abroad - over its history it has toured more than 20 European countries as well as Turkey, Morocco, Brazil, Mexico, Taiwan and China. The ensemble is financially supported by the City of Frýdek-Místek.
