About the venue

Art Restaurant Mánes occupies the functionalist Mánes Gallery building, designed by architect Otakar Novotný and built in 1928-1930 on the site of the former Šítkovské mills. The restaurant serves Czech and French cuisine in rooms adorned with ceiling frescoes by Emil Filla, with views over the Vltava. Alongside dining, the venue hosts art exhibitions, music evenings and corporate events in its main exhibition hall and on the riverside grill terrace.
