Sinatra Tribute

The most famous hits of Frank Sinatra will be performed by baritone Daniel Klánský, jazz singer Sophia Lamoš, and other soloists accompanied by top-class musicians.

Before the concert, guests can enjoy a three-course signature dinner based on traditional Prague cuisine from the 1930s. The menu is prepared by Art Restaurant Mánes head chef Jaroslav Zahálka, a former member of Le Club des Chefs des Chefs (a club of chefs who prepare menus for heads of state). Dinner begins at 19:00, the concert at 20:00, and the entire event lasts two and a half hours. The programme is divided into two parts with an intermission, during which guests can order drinks and enjoy the view of the river.

Menu:
- Pea cream, buttered croutons, fava beans, basil crème fraîche, watercress oil, alfalfa sprouts
- Beef Burgundy with red wine, fried oyster mushrooms, pearl onions, potato and celery purée (vegetarian option: Roasted cauliflower steak)
- Ducat buns with vanilla cream
