Daniel Klánský (born 20 March 1992, Prague) is a Czech opera singer - bass-baritone, son of the internationally acclaimed pianist Ivan Klánský. He studied singing at the Prague Academy of Music (HAMU) under Professor Magdalena Hajóssyová and has been a guest soloist at the Prague National Theatre since 2015. He has performed with the Pardubice Chamber Philharmonic, the Karlovy Vary Symphony Orchestra and the Moravian Philharmonic Olomouc, and is a prize-winner of the International Bohuslav Martinů Song Competition.
Daniel Klánský performed in December 2024 at a subscription concert of Třeboň Nocturne at the J. K. Tyl Theatre in Plzen together with soprano Lucia Vagenknechtová and pianist Lukáš Klánský.
In 2024, Daniel Klánský presented himself as a member of the family project Ivan Klánský & Sons on the stage of TRISIA in Třinec.
A television documentary Klan Klánských about the musical Klánský family was filmed in 2023.
Daniel Klánský performed at the State Opera in the Czech premiere of Britten's opera Billy Budd in the role of Donald and also as the High Priest in Verdi's Nabucco.
