SUMMER CINEMA & CULT CLASSICS at Panelka in Luleč runs from May to September – every Tuesday and sometimes Wednesday.

The film Ray tells the story of American music legend Ray Charles: from a childhood marked by his brother George's drowning and gradual loss of sight, through the solo journey of a Florida teenager onto the jazz scene in Seattle, discovery by Atlantic Records and meteoric rise to world fame, to his struggle with drug addiction. The film captures his musical world across genres – jazz, rhythm & blues, rock and roll, gospel, country & western. Director Taylor Hackford gathered material for fifteen years; Jamie Foxx plays the title role.
