Bubeneč: From the Glass Palace to the Otto Petschka Villa

A walking tour through Bubeneč begins at the functionalist Glass Palace by Richard F. Podzemný and continues to the villas of Jaromír Krejcar, Josef Gočár, and Prague's German architects Ernst Mühlstein and Viktor Fürth. The route reveals how modern architecture complements the traditional villa district and recalls the legendary Petschka family. You will also learn about Vojtěch Lanna and the Krejcar celebration known as "slamník".
