The Antonín Dvořák Memorial in Vysoká u Příbrami invites families to puppet theatre on summer Sundays. Weather permitting, performances take place in the castle park; in poor weather, inside the castle.

"When she was born, she was just white nothing..."

A touching story about a small fox terrier - a puppet adaptation of Čapek's tale, accompanied by original songs, whimpering, biting, and puddles.

The show is suitable for children from age 2.

About the venue: Památník Antonína Dvořáka

The summer retreat of Antonín Dvořák at Vysoká u Příbrami, where the composer spent his holidays from 1884 onwards and wrote several major works, including Symphony No. 8. The villa is now a museum with period furniture and personal mementos. In the adjoining park stands Dvořák's famous dovecote, one of the most recognisable features of the estate.
