Come Enjoy a Day in SOULharmony

Day in SOULharmony is an outdoor Ecstatic Dance event held on August 15, 2026 beneath the Frýdlant Lookout Tower (21 m, 399 m a.s.l.) with views of Frýdlant Castle and the Jizera Mountains. The event is alcohol- and drug-free; dance has no rules or choreography — movement is free and non-judgmental. An ecstatic DJ creates live music throughout the afternoon.

Ecstatic Dance rules: no talking while dancing (words belong in the chill-out zone) and no photography or recording.

The site features a chill-out zone (bring your own blanket), ceremonial cacao, homemade lemonades, healthy food made from regional ingredients, and paid relaxation massages (15–20 minutes). The programme also includes simple stress-management techniques, meditation, a group sunset meditation, and an evening bonfire. Those with a drum or other musical instrument are welcome to bring it. The lookout tower will be open for climbing on the day of the event. Toilets and washing facilities are available on site.

The event is family-friendly and open to children and individuals.
